Sun-Pearls is fantastical children story about pearl divers. Authored by Kit Ong, Illustration by Buffie Nguyen.

The characters were inspired by a traditional practice by Japanese and Korean women who dived into the deep ocean without any modern equipments to fish and forage. It’s a story about heritage, community responsibility, and bravery.
